I don't have a problem with folks toting around their baggie and hell, even dipping into it now and again. What I do have a problem with is Hilton's Publicist Elliot Mintz saying things like this:
"Things are not always as they appear. It would be unfair to draw any conclusions based solely on these photos."

-he had a chance to grow some nads and fight the good fight- as in: "Yes that was the chronic, maryjane, grass, cheeba, the herb or whatever else you'd like to call it! And if glaucoma patients, college kids, hippies, jazz enthusiasts, and bimbo socialite heiresses wanna partake, they should be able to do so. Legalize it!"
