Broken to Play LA Latin Film Fest

BROKEN to play at the Los Angeles Latino International Film Festival October 5-15, 2006. BROKEN is a short film from NALIP members writer/director Alex Ferrari and writer/producer Jorge F. Rodriguez which has gotten international raves from festivals, fans and critics alike. Even the world's top film critic Roger Ebert had good things to say "BROKEN is essentially a demonstration of the mastery of horror imagery and techniques...effective and professional. Looking forward to “BROKEN: The Feature." This short film has played in over 75 international film festivals.
BROKEN was just featured in July's MovieMaker Magazine in an article about self distribution. The creators put together a DVD with over 3 hours of special features and have been able to sell over 4000 units off their website [http://www.whatisbroken.com] The feature film version of BROKEN is currently in the works.
