What with the souring and consequential termination of relations between Paramount & Cruise based on Tommy's "behavior", we here at HIT pondered whether his seeming lunacy has anything to do with his membership in the Father Hubbard starship.  Hmmm...  perhaps.

I must say I genuinely loved My Name is Earl until I heard the news about Jason. I still like the show but now I have to allow for the possibility that once Earl crosses the last item of his list in the series finale, he will be beamed up into the ship and then whir off like E.T.
