What if Oprah came out? How would it affect her legions of fans? Would there be a mass exodus from hetero middle-class Moms to the Sapphic Arts? Imagine it. Your are in Greeenville, SC at a Evangelical Fish Fry and a commited couple shows up making jokes about "the freshness of the fish..." I don't know. It would be fun as long as O says it's OK.

Abused as a child, The Color Purple, public confessions, weak husband....?? Hmmm. Would not be the first time I suppose. Remember her episode on "the down-low?" Her empathy actually came through my TV and splattered my Stouffers pizza.
