Willis Moves on Up

Frank Cower, who started his acting career playing in Shakespeare's Hamlet but was best known as George and Wheezy's neighbor Willis on "The Jefferson's," has passed on at 77 from pneumonia. His eyes were the perfect foil to Sherman Helmsley's Noveau-Riche Soul.
