Two Things

I was talking with my old Carolinian chum MW last night and the conversation went something like this:
Me: What's up M?
M: Not much, just enjoying some Honey Porter I made. How you been?
Me: You're making your own beer? Very cool. I use to make my own beer in school.
It was fun as hell.
M: Yea, .40 cents a bottle you can't go wrong. Stouts the best I reckon.
Me: Yea?
M: Yea.
Me: So what's up?
M: Well, I'm taking my first vaction in years.
Me: Good! Where you going?
M: Barbados. I'm gonna do some surfing and my girlfriend is going with me as well.
Me: Cool! What's she like?
M: Well, she's 47 or so.
Me:....Yea?
M: She just got some new tits.
Me:....

The Other Thing is I'm attempting to write a film about American Indians in the South. I have looked at dozens of works depicting AMs but they are all to Sherman Alexie or Billy Jacky-eee. Can someone point out some good solid, realistic works about contemporary American Indians?
