It could be half-assed argued that Paris Hilton, even unwittingly, is an anti-celebrity (No I have only had 5 beers-ask anybody)  Here is a gal that hit it and hit it hard from a wee age. By now even her 13 year-old fans know something is not quite right with Ms. Hilton, but what I wouldn't give to bend the ear of a few  said young fans. And this is what I would tell them: "Paris Hilton, heiress and entertainer, knows it's all bullshit anyway- unless you need an attention career and the cash it brings- which she does not, so why not push the envelope in a way that makes people sick of you? How about a bonus play to boot? Expose how sick the system is and ipso facto, how disturbed the people who follow it and buy it (tons by industrialized standards!) are?"

That is her goal. I need to believe that. I know there are hard-working talented folks who entertain the masses with a heart full of integrity, raise bags-full of money for those lost in this world,  are pro-humanist, and stir in fans heart's words like "now this is a really good person in addition to being talented(!)" and they deserve every accolade they get. But does their celebrity force the fan-consumer to take a good hard look at, not just what they are eating, but why they they are eating it in the first place?

Hell, I don't know. Just saying. I might go to Ohio for saying this but I hope jail does not change Paris Hilton one bit.
