One time I did a Ricky Martin Pepsi commercial with 700 other extras at this outdoor concert venue up the hill from Burbank. They had us all sit in one section and photographed us and then sent us all throughout the stadium probably 5 more times. Then they were going to take each composite and add them together to make it look like the place was full.
Incidentally, that shoot sucked. All we had for craft service was a couple troughs of pretzels and some old coffee. Extra work is intolerable sometimes.
