Odds and Ends

Ah, Thursday. The holiday hangover is about dissipated and cleaning up about..well, will soon be completed. Some things of note while we put-off the cleaning.
- Sujewa has announced his next project and I am very excited to see it will see him in front of and behind the camera as well as his favorite muse, Jennifer Blakemore. We look forward to that collaboration.
- Stewart Lee writes about the politics of Borat, Extras, Little Britain in The Guardian.: "There's a vast difference between the casual, inadvertent offence prevalent in my childhood and the choices made today by performers and writers of my generation, operating in a post-PC world, where they are aware of the power and meaning of the taboos they choose to break." Excellent article.
- Now here's a list for you from the folks at IFC: Films that never saw the light of the projector beam, going instead straigh to DVD. And there are some very good filmmakers on this list.
