So apparently Dean didn't "live fast and die young." I always assumed he was speeding down the highway, high on grass and scotch or something, and careened off into a tree or telephone pole or other obstruction. Instead, he's going the speed limit and the other dude doesn't yield and plows into his little roadster.
Turnipseed, huh? Bet he had a tough time livin that little stunt down.

donald turnupseed..not turnipseed, was driving a ford, not a chevy, and was not a hayseed. he went on to run a very large and sucessful electrical company which still exists today, 2007.
